The City of Medicine Hat is undergoing an Enterprise Content (Documents & Records) Management system project and would be grateful to anyone who has information regarding policies, procedures and bylaws regarding records classification/retention schedules and disposition (paper and electronic) samples of RFP's for an Enterprise Content Management System (ECM). And any other information regarding records and information management that might be useful and you would be willing to share, would be appreciated. It would be preferable if you could send documents in word format, but not necessary. All information will be kept in the strictest confidence.
