The Town of Redwater is looking at providing their Councillors with laptops for Council meetings. This will hopefully reduce the amount of paper and resources used to produce agendas and other large documents for their review. I am looking at implementing a Usage Policy for Councillors for Town owned equipment including laptops, blackberries, cell phones etc.
Does anyone have a policy they would be willing to share?
