How does your Village structure the provision of public works services – by including all PW services in one full-time position or by splitting the components into a combination of a part-time position and separate contracts? (Within the public works area, I mean certified water and sewer operations, snow clearing and removal if necessary, garbage collection, transport of recyclable materials, maintenance of parks and open spaces, seasonal flushing of sewer mains, monitoring of the sewer lift station and lagoon, coordinating repairs of water main breaks, etc.) I would really appreciate email replies from Villages!
