I am looking for some assistance from other MDs about how they handle their sick leave allocations for staff (info on other sample absence codes would be helpful to see):

1. Do they accrue them monthly or are they entitled from the beginning of the year? Do you accumulate them?
2. Anyone out there that has recommendations or a sample I could read please?
