  • To register for this event, please ensure you are using the same email as your LGAA membership.

The 2024 annual general meeting (AGM) will be held during LGAA's 2024 Conference & Trade Show. If you are an LGAA member who does not plan to register for the Conference, but want to attend the AGM, we ask that you register here. This ensures that we have sufficient seating and food for all members attending the AGM. 

The 2024 AGM will be held in-person on:

  • Date: June 19, 2024
  • Time: 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.
  • Location: Coast Canmore Hotel, 511 Bow Valley Trail, Canmore
  • Food: Lunch will be served from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 
  • Cost: Free

The draft agenda for the AGM will involve:

  • Report on activities in 2023
  • Financial report from 2023 year
  • Resolutions
  • Election of Board Directors
